Maybe be a better company all together you guys suck
I ordered two accidentally and as soon as I realized which was about two seconds later I checked the cancellation policy which told me to email. So I did…….ABOUT FIVE DANG TIMES. Never got a response or even a confirmation email about my order. So now I spent more money than I wanted on stuff that’s not even that good fr. I’ll never order from here again and I advise everyone else not to.
I ordered before three weeks or maybe a month and still the same status of the delivery and there is no support to each other. There is nobody to call. There’s even no store and they robbed me.!
Your dubai cup is like no other. To be honest I dont know of a chocolate mixture. Keep up the good work. I a jelly because I see all these people getting surprise packages for of the jars. Make me sad 😔 I buy from yall all the time. Show this amazing and loyal customer a suprise box. Well i have yall have a blessed night.

First of all your customer service is terrible. I’ve been trying to contact the company through the website and email for 2 weeks because I didn’t get the product I ordered. I ordered the hazelnut Dubai. Also somehow you doubled my order and sent 4 jars when I only ordered 2. And you charged me for it which is ridiculous! I would be happy to send them back but I can’t contact anyone there. I will NEVER order or recommend your products again.
I loved it sooooooooo much it was amazing the taste the quality I finished my jumbo chocolate bar in 30 minutes it was so yummy 10/10 totally recommend I just placed a new order this is my fourth order from Mr.coco there treats are delic thank you Mr.coco 💗 I CAN’T WAIT FOR MY REFILL
It did not come with any chocolate at the top as advertised. It’s very disappointing to order a product and expecting to get what was advertised and not receive it.
I ordered a 20oz and only received a 8oz them when I tried emailing the company I got no response. Very disappointed because I really enjoy the product.
I received this product with the inner seal already opened when I first opened the jar. This is a safety and quality concern. Please improve packaging quality control and ensure products are properly sealed before shipping.
One of my jars came with a slit in the seal. We had to throw it away. Also, the two other jars we opened were about half full. Taste is great but your quality control needs to be better.
The kataifi tasted brunt so maybe not toast it too long. This was my second jar I purchased the first one was perfect. I’m getting 3 more jars from my sister I hope they don’t taste like this one.
